Biomedical Equipment Technician, Indianapolis

Eskenazi Health is currently seeking an entry-level Biomedical Equipment Technician for its Biomedical Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment, including electronic circuitry. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory of spare parts, test equipment and tools. The Biomedical Equipment Technician also fabricates/modifies medical equipment.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or vocational degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology or related technology field
• AAMI certification preferred
• Experience equivalents may be considered in lieu of educational and certification requirements
• Must hold a valid Indiana driver’s license that meets Eskenazi Health’s driving policy requirements
