Purdue Technical Assistance Program (TAP) in conjunction
with the Indiana Office of Energy & Defense
Development is conducting a quick and short survey of
large
energy consumers to get a general understanding of what
will and will not encourage companies to invest in energy
efficiency.
As this information may be used in the creation of a
new
program, this survey is an opportunity for you to become
part of the process in shaping the future of Indiana.
To participate
in this survey, please fill out
the attached
one-page survey form. You may mail, fax,
or e-mail it to my attention. You also
have
the option of filling it out
on-line.
If you
opt to fill out a hard or electronic
copy,
you are welcome to add
enough space
between questions that your answers are not constrained.
I don’t mind you turning it into a two or three page document
at all. Thought
brevity is the
sign of mastery.
